Freedom Dancers Terms and Conditions
Term Dates and Payment
We open term-time only and close in line with Tameside Primary School Holidays. You are only charged for the weeks we are operating however, we split this cost over the 12 months to give you even payments throughout the year. Payment will go out on 1st of the month. If payment is missed Classforkids will try again with in three days however they will administer a Late or missed payment will result in a £10 charge off classforkids.
Cancellation Policy
The Member may cancel this contract by providing one months notice via email ONLY, to freedomdancersfamily@gmail.com. Any applicable cancellation fees must be paid in accordance with the providers cancellation policy, when notice is given you understand that the full fee for the following month will still be payable, even if the student does not attend the class/es. We rarely cancel, but if we do due to sickness or another event, we will find you a replacement class that month to attend. Refunds will not be given.
Termination
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate this contract for any violation of the terms, rules or policies, or for non-payment of fees.
Liability Waiver
Any Member wishing to leave the building on their own must sign a permission to leave form, wavering all responsibility once leaving class from Freedom Dancers.
Uniform and Uniform Standards
Uniform is a compulsory requirement at our school. You MUST purchase our branding through our supplier and all students must have correct uniform on at all times. You must wear what is stated by the principal to every session. All footwear must be completely black and black socks must be worn. Hair is to be tied back and no additional scrunchies, bobbles and clips are allowed. No jewellery permitted.
Rehearsals
If you have committed to taking part in a show or event you MUST make all rehearsals. Failure to do so may result in your right to perform in the performance/event being terminated.
